Refund

Jibati takes great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you are dissatisfied for quality such as damage and the quality of product on pakage reason, you may immediately call and return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value.

We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted the taste of the product purchased, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.

You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting Customer Service at globalwholefood@gmail.com. Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.
